Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Check-In

For cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the scheduled check-in date:

The Placement Fee and Amenities Fee are non-refundable.
The Security Deposit and any prepaid rent will be fully refunded.

For cancellations made less than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date:

The Placement Fee, Amenities Fee, and Security Deposit are non-refundable.
Any prepaid rent will be refunded.

Cancellation After Check-In

For cancellations made with less than 60 days’ notice before the check-out date:

The Placement Fee and Amenities Fee are non-refundable.
The Security Deposit will be refunded, provided the rent is paid for the 60 days following the notice. Failure to pay will result in the Security Deposit being retained.

For cancellations made with 60 days or more notice before the check-out date:

The Placement Fee and Amenities Fee remain non-refundable.
The Security Deposit will be refunded, and rent will be recalculated based on the revised check-out date.

Bookings Shorter Than 60 Days:

The Placement Fee and Amenities Fee are non-refundable.
The Security Deposit is refundable.
Rent must be paid for the entire original booking period.
Failure to do so will result in the Security Deposit being retained.

Check-in:

To secure a check-in, the first 5 weeks’ rent must be paid one week before the check-in date. Check-in details will be provided upon receipt of this payment.
