Terms & Conditions

  1. The rates are applicable for all bookings made on or after April 10, 2024.
  2. All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.
  3. The minimum lease duration is set at 5 weeks.
  4. Weekly rates are calculated from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday, irrespective of the actual check-in day.
  5. Full weekly rent will be charged for the final week, regardless of the check-out day.
  6. The listed rates do not include the Security Deposit, Amenities Fee, Placement Fee, or any other applicable charges.

Required Fees

  • Security Deposit: Equivalent to 2 weeks' rent
  • Placement Fee : $200
  • Amenities Fee : $84

Optional Service Fees

  • Reservation Change Fee : $100
  • Special Request Fee : $50

To confirm a booking, these must be received within one week:

  • A signed Dormitory Tenancy Agreement
  • Payment of the Placement Fee
  • Payment of the Amenities Fee
  • Security Deposit
